For standard reservations, cancellations are accepted up to 1 month before the arrival date for a full refund. Cancellations made within the month or less than 30 days of arrival will incur charges. Please note that certain promotional bookings may be non-refundable. We recommend checking the terms at the time of booking or reaching out to us for clarification.
Our studio apartments are fully equipped with essential amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a kitchenette, private bathroom, hair dryer, bedsheets, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning for cooling and heating. Some units or studios may also include additional features, such as a balcony (street view), and some with a balcony backyard view, and some without a balcony. If you have specific preferences, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
While we do not offer on-site parking, there are several public parking options outside the building. Please feel free to ask us for recommendations.
No, all of our studio apartments are non-smoking to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. However, some units may have designated outdoor areas (Balcony or Terras) where smoking is allowed. Please ask us if you need more information on this policy.
Overnight guests are permitted only under specific conditions:
• For studio apartments with a 1-person occupancy, overnight guests are not allowed.
• If you are renting a 2-person studio apartment, an overnight visiting guest is permitted.

We do not offer in-stay cleaning services; maintaining the apartment’s cleanliness is the responsibility of the tenant. However, if you would like a cleaning service during your stay, we’d be happy to recommend local providers who can assist. Please reach out to us for recommendations.
